Dominique oversees all of Aurora’s content output, joining the company from Red Bull, following an extensive career in factual television. Her television portfolio includes a diverse range of lifestyle shows, from The Hairy Bikers: Best of British (BBC), to Mission Survive with Bear Grylls (ITV) and Joe Wicks: The Body Coach (C4), while at Red Bull she worked brand side before becoming Head of Unscripted, leading the company’s documentary slate, including commissioning BAFTA-award winning film The Real Mo Farah with the BBC.

Sarah is Aurora's Director of Development, with more than 15 years’ experience in unscripted television. She has developed and exec-produced several factual feature documentaries and series, including: Inside the World's Toughest Prisons (Netflix), Surviving the Tunisia Beach Attack (Amazon), The Great Big Tiny Design Challenge (Channel 4) and Prue Leith's Cotswold Kitchen (ITV).

Aurora’s Creative Director Jon is a multi award-winning filmmaker, with a career spanning feature documentaries and talent-led formats, including Stacey Solomon: Sort Your Life Out and Cruising with Jane MacDonald. For Aurora, Jon has directed LIV Golf access documentary series Behind the Ropes for YouTube, as well as leading two series for the Olympic Channel. Jon is the lead creative force behind our branded work.

Barry has over 20 years of experience in digital media and content strategy, specialising in cross platform fan engagement. He has built and scaled digital communities on YouTube, Meta and TikTok for leading brands such as COPA90, FIFA, UEFA, Extreme E, FIA, Conde Nast, Serie A, EA, Nike. Barry is also leading Aurora’s push into establishing and growing YouTube channels for high profile television and digital talent. A Google and Meta certified expert with deep knowledge of social platforms.
