Required skills
Minimum of two credits for TV broadcast as a Production Coordinator
Experience of working with small and large crews
Experience with PMI not essential, but advantageous
Excellent organisational skills
Confident at negotiating rates with freelancers
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Willingness and ability to travel in UK and internationally
Confident at managing call sheets and creating risk assessments
An exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join the award-winning team at Aurora. Applicants should have at least 2 credits at Production Coordinator level. The role will be assisting the Production Management team with logistics for multiple international shoots. The ideal candidate will have a good attention to detail, be able to plan multiple shoots in different countries, be confident at confirming rates with crew, and experienced at raising Purchase Orders.
Job Responsibilities
- Organising shoots
- Preparing and distributing call sheets
- Looking after international travel arrangements for large crews and production team
- Liaising with freelance crew and suppliers
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- International on location support
